A two-day workshop aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 9. During this workshop children are educated about how to behave around dogs in a safe manner; both their own and unfamiliar dogs. These important lessons are reinforced with fun activities and games. Children also have a chance to train visiting dogs some new tricks. Sadly it is practically not possible or safe for children to bring their pet dogs, but parents are welcome to bring them for a fun dog show on the second afternoon. |
