WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY
Please read the following carefully prior to registering for an ELISTA Education Workshop.
The easiest process for payment for an ELISTA Education Workshop is via the secure payment process.
Should you not be able to register or pay by these means please contact us by one of the detailed methods.
All information provided at the time of registration is held in the strictest of confidence.
Upon our receipt of payment and registration you will be issued an electronic receipt. Please bring this with you to the Workshop as proof of payment and booking.
Your responsibilities (cancellation)
Should you have to cancel a place on the Workshop, please contact us. A full refund (less €25 administration fee) will be issued should you notify us 2 weeks prior to the Workshop date. No refund is available for cancellation received later than this.
Our responsibilities (cancellation):
We will inform you at least 10 working days prior to the commencement date should a Workshop have to be cancelled. In this occurrence a full refund will be issued. Initial contact will be through email, and then if necessary by phone. Please ensure all details submitted are correct.
Registered participants from cancelled workshops are offered a 10% discount off alternative workshops or the same Workshop when it next commences. Cancellation of Workshops will be kept to an absolute minimum.
PLEASE NOTE: Some Workshops may have additional/alternative Terms & Conditions, which should be adhered to in preference to these.
