FOUNDATION COURSES
Please read the following carefully prior to registering for
an ELISTA Education Foundation Course.
Payment of €750 for a foundation course is due at time of registration.
The easiest process for payment is via the secure payment process
when registering online.
Should you not be able to register or pay by these means please
contact us by one of
the detailed methods.
All information provided at the time of registration is held
in the strictest of confidence. ELISTA Education may on occasions
contact applicants should we feel there is a lack of specific
information, or any queries or concerns arise over the details
provided. Please ensure all contact details are correct.
INFORMATION REQUESTED is standard for education and training registration.
ALL information is used to ensure the course selected is the most
appropriate for you OR for statistical analysis i.e age demographic.
If you wish not to provide certain information that is within
your rights and will not affect your registration.
ELISTA Education is an equal opportunities provider, and aims
to make courses accessible for all Learners. In addition, we wish
for our Learners to succeed, it is therefore strongly advised
that you can meet the course criteria advised.
All course applicants must be at least 18 years old to receive
certification from an ELISTA Education Course. ELISTA Education
can not take responsibility for the submission of inaccurate applicant
details.
Your responsibilities (registration):
To provide full payment (or deposit, as available on special offer
fees) at the time of registration.
To ensure you meet the criteria advised, including understanding
the level at which the course is delivered.
To submit accurate personal details on the course registration
form.
Our responsibilities (registration)
Upon our receipt of payment and registration form you will be
issued an electronic confirmation of booking and receipt of payment
sent to the email address provided within 7 working days (usually
less). Further details required for course start-up will be sent
by email one month to two weeks prior to the course start date.
You are encouraged to contact us should you have any queries
during the interim time of booking and the pre-course contact.
Your responsibilities (cancellation)
Should you have to cancel a place on your course, please notify
us in writing. Include details of the course registered on, the
course commencement date, your reference/receipt number, your
contact number and address and to whom a refund is to be made
payable to. Ensure the letter is signed. Send to ELISTA Education
c/o Graigue, Spink, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois.
The following refunds will be issued for courses in which FULL
course payment has been made:
- Notification of Cancellation is received more than 6 months
prior to course commencement date: Refund in full, less
€150 administration fee (€600).
- Notification of Cancellation is received more than 3 months,
but less than 6 months prior to course commencement date: Refund
at 50% (€375).
- Notification of Cancellation is received more than 1 month,
but less than 3 months prior to course commencement date: Refund
at 20% (€150).
- Notification of Cancellation is received less than 1 month
prior to course commencement date: STRICTLY NO Refund.
Our responsibilities (cancellation):
We will inform you at least 10 working days prior to the commencement
date should a course have to be cancelled. In this occurrence
a full refund will be issued to the applicant via cheque, made
payable in the applicants name and sent to the address submitted.
Applicants from cancelled courses are offered a 10% discount off
alternative courses or the same course when it next commences.
Cancellation of courses will be kept to an absolute minimum.
